ThumbnailCity Free (64-bit) - ThumbnailCity is a software to specify the thumbnail of movies displaying on Windows folders as a favorite scene.
- You can specify a favorite movie scene as a thumbnail in the folder.
- Even if the thumbnail cache of the OS is cleared, the specified thumbnail is displayed again.
- You can specify multiple images as bookmarks displayed in the folder preview.
- You can also specify still image files as a thumbnail and/or bookmarks.
- ThumbnailCity is available in both shareware and freeware editions. The shareware edition can use for trial within 30 days. The freeware edition has no trial period, but has functional limitations.
Viewer:
You can specify a thumbnail and bookmarks by the viewer which is launched from the folder’s context menu.
Jacket photo:
Still image files can be attached by drag-and-drop to the viewer. Attached images are able to specified to a thumbnail and/or bookmarks.
Preview:
You can view a list of specified thumbnail, bookmarks, and automatically extracted scenes.
You can specify a thumbnail and bookmarks from the preview, and also execute the viewer and VLC media player.
Windows Media Player plug-in:
You can execute the viewer in the scene being played on WMP, and move the playback position of WMP to the position of the thumbnail or bookmarks.
VLC extension:
You can execute the viewer in the scene being played on VLC, and move the playback position of VLC to the position of the thumbnail or bookmarks.

Functional limitations of freeware edition:
The freeware edition limits the number of video files that can specify thumbnails to 30. Specifying a thumbnail beyond 30 will invalidate the oldest specification. See this page for other minor feature differences.
